How to Easily Add Pages from One Guide to Another

This guide will show you how to easily add pages from one Leslie Kay Creates template to another in Canva, helping you create comprehensive, customized travel documents in no time.

Step 1: Open and Zoom Out

1. Open Your Template: Start by opening the template that contains the page you want to copy.
2. Zoom Out: In Canva, click the small icon in the bottom right corner that looks like four squares forming a larger square. This will zoom out and display all the pages in your template.

Step 2: Copy the Page

1. Select the Page: Click on the page you want to copy. Once selected, it will be highlighted in purple.
2. Copy the Page: Press Ctrl + C (or Command + C on a Mac) to copy the selected page.

Step 3: Open the Target Template

1. Open the Target Template: In a new tab, open the template where you’d like to add the copied page.
2. Zoom Out Again: Just like before, click the four-squares icon to zoom out and view all the pages.

Step 4: Insert the New Page

1. Find the Right Spot: Hover your mouse between the pages where you want to insert the new one. A + symbol will appear.
