How to Save Specific Pages from Your Template

Sometimes, you don’t need to send an entire travel guide or proposal to a client—just a few key pages. This guide will show you how to quickly and easily save specific pages from your Leslie Kay Creates template in Canva, so you can share exactly what your client needs.

Step 1: Finish Editing Your Template

1. Complete Your Edits: Make sure you’ve finished all your edits on the template before you save. Double-check that all text and images are accurate and match your client’s preferences.

Step 2: Go to the Share Menu

1. Click Share: In the top right corner of your Canva page, click the "Share" button.
2. Choose Download: In the dropdown menu, select "Download" to start the saving process.

Step 3: Select PDF Standard

1. Choose File Type: Under the "File Type" options, select "PDF Standard". This format ensures that all the links in your document will work when your client receives it.

Step 4: Select Specific Pages

1. De-Select All Pages: In the same download menu, you’ll see an option labeled "All Pages". Click on it, and a dropdown will appear.
